If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday – Friday will ship out within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 Noon CST will ship on or before Weds of the following week. All orders will be shipped USPS or FedEx (depending on your selection) and a tracking number will be provided to the valid email address for order delivery confirmation.

Next Day and 2 Day Air orders will ship the next business day if received after 12 Noon Central Time. 

We do ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses through USPS onlyOur tracking emails may go to some spam/junk folders so please check your spam/junk folder as well. WE DO NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS

RG Apparel will not be responsible for delays or mis shipments caused due to an incorrect address or leaving off an apartment number. If your order has shipped we cannot make changes with the shipping provider once the order has left our warehouse.

We will not reship another order. If the item is returned we can re ship (for the USPS ship rate) if it is lost in transit because of incorrect address or no Apt./Unit # then no second orders will be shipped and another order will be needed. 

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE USING PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!

Shipping error caused by incorrect address or leaving off an apt # to reship will be charged USPS rate for reship.

Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a return of the item price (not including shipping).

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged or error in shipping occurred by SHOP1906

All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date.

All other returns will be sent back to the customer.

All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with any tags attached.

A copy of your invoice/packing slip must accompany any return. If you do not have your invoice you can log into the website under your log in information view history and print previous orders.

We are sorry but when exchanging items, credit can only be used per invoice amount, not combined with multiple returns.

Please note the item you are returning may be out of stock. We can only provide a refund. Shipping and handling cost will be charged on new orders.

Unless a problem on an order was caused by SHOP1906, shipping and handling charges will be billed to the customer. Any concerns simply call SHOP1906, we will be happy to answer any questions you have

If RGA has delivered package to the shipping address and we have confirmed picture of package left at that location, RGA will notreimburse or reship product. A police report will need to be filed or a claim can be filed from the customer with the carrier. After we have performed our duties of fulfillment and delivery, RGA is not responsible for theft.

Unlike most vendors, we do not make your product from existing blank goods once the purchase is made. SHOP1906 prides itself on designing high quality products so that the Alpha’s makeAstatement while representing their organization in any capacity.
